Hello and welcome to the latest Ffres newsletter. Apologies for the slightly late appearance of the newsletter - attributable to me doing my stumbling Arkwright (some of you will remember the Ronnie Barker series)impressions at the new shop we opened on 1st May in Nantgaredig - at the site of the very first restaurant I was involved with The Four Seasons.
It's been a frantic few weeks but very rewarding, especially dealing with the enthusiastic local suppliers whose produce makes up a good deal of the offering. Read more...
